Classical T'ai Chi and Related Internal Systems
Want a good investment? Invest in your health with T'ai Chi. You may ask what is T'ai Chi (Taiji)? T'ai Chi is an internal system of martial arts designed for health, but it can be used for self-defense. Closely related to Qi Gong (Chi Kung), and a few other internal systems, T'ai Chi incorporates slow movement, precise postures and proper breathing techniques to improve our health, and help reduce stress. Stress is one of the leading causes of health problems today. Through the T'ai Chi process of relaxation we can reduce stress. Once the body is relaxed then the mind can become relaxed. When they are both relaxed then you begin the mind/body in harmony process. This process will eventually develop into better health, inner and outer balance and peace of mind.
